In this
line we present cheeses prepared following both very simple traditional and
modern recipes accounting for new trends and tastes.
In the
traditional recipes, the cheeses are kept in infusions with olive oil,
spices and herbs, while in the modern ones, the cheeses are in olive oil
combined with slivers of truffle (tuber magnatum aestivum).
