The tomato pulp is made from very tasty and dense tomato with a very low content of acidity and it is ideal as condiment for pasta and for pizza. The spicy tomato sauce is made from raw fresh tomato, carrots, onions, red chillies, basil, celery, salt and it is perfect as condiment for pasta with a little of oil and parmesan. The tomato and basil is a simple tomato pulp with the adding of basil leaves to obtain the most traditional italian condiment the chopped tomato is pure tomato pulp in little chops (without the adding of tomato sauce) to obtain a more rustic consistence. It is the product that is more similar to the fresh tomato. Perfect for delicate dishes or for the fish, delicious to taste on toasted bread with oil and salt for a bruschetta.
