It's the most important novelty of the 2003 season: a top quality pasta, with highly concentrated ingredients, obtained by combining selected ingredients with a traditional preparation which takes into account the ancient tradition of "HOMEMADE PASTA". These items are presented in elegant boxes wrapped up with blue and orange bands which ,besides identifying the various types of pasta, (orange :classical - blue: specialities), offer suggestions, ideas and recipes for your personal daily choice of pasta. In particular, notice our Truffle Tagliolini and Tajarin Albesi (Alba noodles).

Our pasta is also available in more ordinary wrappings such as bags. In this line you will find our classical pasta: Pappardelle, Tagliatelle e Tagliolini. We particularly recommend Basil and Barolo Tagliatelle (noodles).
