Sulla honey, even if is one of the finest honeys produced in Italy, is still little known by public. Sulla honey, instead, would have all the features to be appreciated, like the more famous honeys like acacia and orange.
Moreover it has several proprieties in common with these two honeys such as a light color, sweet taste, delicate aroma.
It crystallizes spontaneously, forming a creamy mass of fine crystals. For this reason, is particularly suitable to be coated. The taste is fresh and delicate, with a floral accent.
For its delicate, balanced and non-invasive features is one of the honey used for the preparation of hard nougat and it is generally suitable for any type of use. On table is particularly good with cheeses such as Pecorino.
