Sauces for meat and fish

A collection of six sauces for an ideal accompaniment to meat and fish dishes. Green PepperMustard and Tartar are perfect on grilled or barbecued meat, a tasty bourguignonne or a succulent dish of mixed boiled meats. Aurora sauce and Mayonnaise, thanks to their velvety and delicate taste, make an excellent accompaniment to fish. Finally, Tonnata (Tuna) sauce is absolutely delicious when served with meat dishes (such as vitello tonnato – veal in tuna sauce) and many other original and tempting recipes. All items come in a 130 g jar.
